My name is Justin Perkins. I'm from Boulder, Colorado, and recently followed a dream to move to the Black Forest in Southern Germany with my wife and two young daughters. I coach people all over the world via Zoom and phone, and also meet in person for magical retreats in nature that I call Natural Vision Accelerators.
My life experience to date has been a massive adventure, full of seeking, exploring everything I could get my hands on from going deep into religion, to leaving that behind, to being a musician, athlete, and then being involved in creating and growing some exciting startups.
In my business career, I closed over 800 deals as a business development executive, and was simultaneously running a food startup as an entrepreneur where I raised money from 50 investors, and helped build a team that grew the company into 3,000 points of distribution. After gaining a variety of sales, marketing and leadership experience, I fell in love with coaching. It really helped me when my business was struggling, and I now get to help people avoid many of the business pitfalls I learned in my journey.
Pulling from a breadth of experience ranging from high levels of athletic competition, to music performance, to business and entrepreneurship, I'll show you what I've discovered through thoughtful, deep, and meaningful coaching conversations designed to help you operate in your life with more ease and clarity.
I have had the opportunity to study and train with some of the best coaches and teachers in the world who have pointed me to a simple, deep understanding of how our psychological experience works.
As a result of this journey, I've had the remarkable honor to share this understanding and help people shift relationships at work, connect more deeply with their families, launch businesses with less fear, raise investment capital with more common sense, find a dream job, find more contentment with current circumstances, survive health challenges with more ease, and experience renewed creativity and flow.
I got to a point where I was maxed out. My old ways of thinking and ego could no longer handle the complexity of my circumstances that I was facing. My sense of confidence was gone, my financial situation was scary, my business was failing, and I was starting to lose my health. And I didn't need another skill or technique or discipline to fail at. I needed less to do and a way to calm down. My inner wisdom led me to find new information, and it came when I was finally open to wanting a change. I'm actually grateful for that experience, as painful as it was, because it showed me that change is always possible. I figured Einstein was on to something when he said "A new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move towards higher levels." This quote guided me, and was a gateway to the most fascinating adventure I've ever experienced. I'd love to share those insights with you.
A small group of exceptional leaders will be gathering to up their game in 2023.
